Our Spanish Cypress oil is an essential oil made from the twigs, leaves and branches of the Cupressus sempervirens, also known as Mediterranean cypress. We use the process of steam distillation to retain all of its goodness.
Never use any essential oil directly on your skin. Always dilute. Spanish Cypress oil should be diluted with 1 drop of Spanish Cypress oil in a 10ml bottle, 8-12 drops in a 30 ml bottle. If ingesting, the ratio should be 1 drop of Spanish Cypress oil to about 100ml (3.5 oz) of liquid. You can add it to your tea for a calming brew. Best carrier oil pairing: Spanish Cypress oil blends well with avocado oil, grapeseed oil, and olive oil. It also goes well with other carrier oils such as coconut oil, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil. For best results, blend it with similar Mediterranean origin carrier oils.
